Please enjoy these resources with my compliments. Everything
on this page has been useful to many of my clients. Please feel
free to download anything you like. I welcome your comments on
anything you use. Just click on the heading and you will be taken
to a PDF file you can download and print.
Some of this stuff is mine and some has just crossed my path.
My philosophy is to not spend time reinventing the wheel so if
it's good why not use it. I then have the time and energy to help
clients with really fresh and unique stuff.
Cheers and Enjoy
Andy Ireland
P.S. Sorry, but I have to keep all the
REALLY good stuff for my clients.
"The Problem
Lies With You"
This is a great article by Asoka Selvarajah.
It really hits you in the face with the reasons your
not where you want to be...just yet anyway. Read it if you dare
and then I "Dare You to Act"
"The Task Rating Tool"
I love its simplicity. A great tool to help you prioritise tasks
as they arise. Helps to manage your time. Print out and stick
somewhere visible.
"Who's
In Charge Of Your Business"
A great checklist made for busy businesspeople to rate themselves
on their effectiveness. I'm keen to hear how you rate. Was this
useful please email me your comments.
"Delegation Flowchart"
Not many people are naturally good at delegation. Here is a flowchart
you can use to keep you on track until it is a natural habit.
This simple chart can improve productivity for managers and staff
when used to develop a culture of delegation.
"Life Balance Wheel"
There are tons of rating wheels around and this is a good one.
I wasn't going to reinvent the wheel (thats a pun) after I found
this. Start at the centre and move out to measure your satisfaction
level. Colour in each slice and see what your satifaction with
life looks like. It's from the book Extreme Success by Rich Fettke.(I
haven't read it)
"Just Say No"
So many people have aproblem saying NO and when that happens
you usually find youself doing something you don't enjoy for all
the wrong reasons. Heres seven fun ways to spice up your NO vocabulary.
"Coaching Priorities
Checklist"
This is a great checklist to help you focus on what you want
from your coaching experience. Filling this in helps you and your
coach head in the right direction. Also good to do just to see
where you are in life.
"Hey Coach Show Me How"
This is an in your face checklist that tells your coach exactly
what you want. Have some fun with this one and "Dare to Act"
email me with your results.
I'm ready and I want to contact Andy.
